36 Memory Boxes Purchased!

The total amount raised from our Annual Christmas Party & Charitable Event was over $3500!!!! WOW! Plus, we just found out that 36 more memory boxes have been ordered for the hospital. Thanks to all of our friends and family who donated, 36 more parents who lose a child from stillbirth will be given those precious boxes to capture priceless memories of their child(ren). Thank you again for giving them that gift.

AJ's new bathtub

AJ outgrew his infant bathtub and upgraded! He now has a inflatable rubber ducky tub that sits in the big tub. AJ LOVES kicking his feet and spashing in the water. He also plays with his rubber ducky, hippo, and frog bath toys. Bathtime is so much fun now!

AJ's 6 Month Check Up

AJ had his 6 month check up today! He was such a good little boy and only cried for a moment when he got his three vaccinations (2 shots, 1 oral vaccine). He now weighs 16 pounds, 11.6 ounces and is 26 inches long. This puts him close to the 50% percentile in both weight and length. Of course, we think he's gearing up for another growth spurt, so those numbers will seem a long ways away soon! His next well-visit will be in June when he is 9 months old.

First "Big Boy" Stroller Ride

AJ took his first stroll around the neighborhood today riding in the front of his stroller instead of the carseat. He loved feeling the breeze on his face and looking at all the houses and things around them. Mommy just loved the 66 degree weather!

Last weekend, Mommy introduced AJ to prunes. As you can see, he loved them. Um, yeah.

First Time in the Highchair

Today was AJ's first time in the highchair! He has the super comfy Per Perego Prima Pappa chair and likes sitting in it. He loved sitting up and eating his oatmeal (he loves, loves, loves oatmeal) and did not make too much of a mess as compared to this weekend in his portable chair. So, we included a picture from this past weekend for comparison!
