Coxsackie sucks!

AJ here. I knew Mommy and Daddy were planning a vacation, so I decided to run a 101 degree fever last night. Turns out I have the Coxsackie virus, otherwise known as Hand, Foot & Mouth Disease. I put Mommy through the wringer today! No matter what I do, I cannot feel better...I constantly want Mommy or Daddy to hold me and when they do, I constantly want to get down. It's been a long, long day. Attached are some pictures before I got sick and the last two are from today. Uncle Todd tried to relieve Mommy for a little bit and took me outside. At first I liked it, but then I reverted to my alter ego "Mr Cranky Pants."

Look Who's Walking!

AJ here. So, I decided to surprise Mommy and walk up to her when she arrived at daycare today to pick me up. I figured she could use some cheering up since I clung to her leg when she dropped me off this morning. This walking thing is so cool! Since I'm a big boy, I also decided to finally hold my bottle myself, too. Tomorrow I'll be driving!

AJ here. So, I'm digging this standing thing. I discovered that I can let go and just stand there! Mommy captured me doing it this evening.

11 Months Old!

AJ here. I'm 11 months old now! Yay! So, in honor of my 11 month-outside-of-the-womb birthday, I decided to do a little rearranging. Mommy and Daddy just had things way too organized. Also, I'm trying a new look out. Every time Mommy pointed the camera at me, I lowered my chin and gave her my best pose. Daddy said I looked a little evil (he nicknamed me "Damian"...whoever that is)...muhahaha!

Beach Bum!

AJ here. I ruled the beach! I dig the waves and sand. When I wasn't on the beach, I was bathing in my ducky tub on the deck, swinging in the hammock with Grandpa Thomasson, watching the fishes in the aquarium, and playing with my balloons. I love balloons!
