That beastie!

AJ here. Mommy and Aunt Katie went upstairs to my room to get me ready for bedtime and the Beastie was sleeping on my changing table! He wouldn't even move when Uncle Jason tried to get him to and even after I got on the changing table, he held his place firmly. Silly beastie!

Easter!

AJ here. I went to Grandma and Grandpa Thomasson's for Easter this year. I had so much fun playing outside!! The weather was much warmer there than it is back home. Each day I took long walks down on the farm--the first one with Aunt Katie, Grandma, and Mommy and then I took a really long walk with Grandpa and Molly the dog. I like Molly! She's a lot of fun. Unfortunately, it appears that I have Mommy's allergies. After being outside so much, I got quite a raw nose!

I had my first Easter egg hunt at Grandma and Grandpa's! Miss Kimberly, Aunt Katie, Uncle Jason, Grandma, Grandpa, Mommy, and Daddy helped me find the eggs. I loved the first hunt, but I preferred to go see Molly instead of finding eggs for the second hunt.

And the Easter bunny came! I got lots of cool things--a bubble machine, my own golf clubs, a ball, a book, a tigger "bunny", a "carrot" bat and ball, and some chocolate. I LOVE chocolate! Hope the Easter bunny came to see you too!

18 months old!

AJ here. It's been awhile since I last posted. I've been a busy boy! Grandpa Czajkowski and Ms. Nadene visited me a couple of weekends ago. I had so much fun playing with them! They gave me a 5 foot swimming pool and filled it with 1000 balls (and that's an exact number)! I love to jump into the pool and throw balls behind the sofa, at Mommy and Daddy, or into the foyer. Such a blast!

Mommy and Daddy got me my own table and chairs. They are the perfect height for me! I love coloring on the table (sometimes with paper, sometimes without) and wiping it clean with a paper towel. When I'm done I stack the chairs on top of the table, too!

It's been raining a lot here. Lucky for me I have this great yellow rain slicker that my great Aunt Joyce gave me. It keeps me dry and gets me lots of comments from the ladies. Thanks Aunt Joyce!

This week was my first full week in the Toddler classroom. I got promoted! As part of my initiation, one of the older kids took a toy from me and I fell and busted my lip. I'll take care of him later....hehee....

I turned 18 months old this week! Unfortunately, when Mommy took me to the doctor for my well visit, they discovered that I have a "moderate" ear infection in my right ear. So, I'm on the pink medicine again. Also, I did not really gain any weight (23 pounds, 14 ounces) and as a result, I'm on a high calorie diet. I just don't have time to eat because there are so many things to do and explore! Mommy was told to feed me steak for breakfast and put as many fattening things in my body as possible. Mommy told Daddy that her stomach was turning as she had to buy me fish sticks, tater tots, french toast sticks, chef boyardee, ritz crackers, etc. Ha! Of course, I'm winning the battle--the only thing I've been willing to eat so far is fig newtons, chocolate milk, ritz crackers and M&Ms. The french toast sticks and chef boyardee got tossed. Don't want to even attempt to eat that stuff. Give me peas!!
